I started working on strategic research projects during my senior year of college and throughout my graduate coursework under the tutelage of Brian Divita (West Michigan Research Institute / Aquinas College). Through various referrals and partnerships I was able to sustain myself full-time with the Joslin Consulting Group in early 2016, before stepping down as the company managing partner and focusing more on client work.
As a strategy consultant, I have completed case studies on marketing strategy in the craft beer, insurance, banking, technology, and furniture industries. I authored a study called "Brand Indexing and Generational Turnover" which was submitted for a local TEDX Event in 2019. I specialize in projects that synthesize my expertise in Organizational Behavior and Marketing. These projects require descriptive research, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method approaches.
In 2021, I closed the Joslin Consulting Group and began teaching at Grand Rapids Community College. At the same time, I launched JosVon Holdings to manage my investments, ip, publications, and research.
